Pff.  I watch too much tv.
May I just list the top ones?  Yes.
Full House, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, 8 Simple Rules, 90210, The Big Bang Theory (duh!), The O.C., Gilmore Girls, House Hunters, For Rent, Food Network Challenge...I thought there were more.

Two Questions

I've decided I'm saving up and going to buy myself a new ipod because mine is dunzo (remember the days of "Laguna Beach"?) or a cheap laptop that works.
I splurged and bought an xbox 2 months ago, but I haven't used it lately and it's depressing me.
It's hard because, I use my ipod/my mom's computer all the time and so I don't know which to pick, plus either one will be a whole pay check.
I'm trying to save and only spend money on the certain groceries I buy, gas and the $33 I spend to visit the boy.
I want to move out next year, but I'd like to have that nice cushion of cash in my bank account before I do so.
I hate money.

How do you treat yourself/indulge?
Usually I give myself a pedicure or paint my finger nails.
...or decide I need another pair of boots.
That's my problem.  I'm a fashion person.  It sucks sometimes.  Yet, I can find t-shirts that I like.  Odd.

That's my sob story for today.

I'm so tempted to make my Winter/Christmas to-do list tonight, but I think I'll hold off for two weeks.
I was reading Taylor's list and then I realized one thing that will most likely be on my list: buy a gift for the boy.
I've only had to do that once (we dated off and on for a two months it was stupid, we were 15)
But now I have a boy in my life that means a lot to me and I have no idea what I'll get him...or if I will get him anything.
I'm sure the discussion will come up but maybe we should just decide against gifts and instead have a movie night , order in dinner or go out, eat junk food, play video games...have fun together :)  Sure it'd be like any other night but that'd be a good gift to me.

I just enjoy spending time with him.

Enough boy talk.
Time to sleep.
Here's a good question: How do you fall asleep at night?
I tend to get sleepy watching Full House dvds, but only because I've seen every episode a million times and so I can usually picture whats going on as I fall asleep.

P.S. Thank you for all the wonderful comments on my new header and costume :)

A Whining List..Sorry

I feel like telling a story today.
I'm looking around my room for something to tell a story about, but I'm coming up short.
Everything is new-ish and doesn't have a story behind it.
Oops-I'm supposed to be exercising.

I could write yet another 'love' post.
I could talk about Halloween . . .again.
I could whine about work -I only have 15 hours left to work this week before a weekend away-
I could online window shop and share my finds with you.
I could post about my new boots, but I'm too lazy to get up to take a picture.
I could complain about how my left arm muscle feels bruised.  Is that possible?
I could tell you that I bought some awesome shampoo today.
I could tell you that I didn't make cookies today like I said I was going to;
instead I napped.
I could inform you about the new zit forming on my chin.
I could go into a lengthy discussion about Full House and how I'm watching all the seasons again for the millionth time.
I could drone about how I stay on Facebook too much waiting for the boy to come on so I don't have to text him.  I'm a much faster typer than texter.
I could stomp my foot about how the bookstore doesn't have "Dash and Lily's Book of Dares" by Rachel Cohn and David Levithan in stock.
I could warn you that I think I'm getting sick and I have a wonderful canker sore from when I bit my cheek..stupid Oreos.
I could, for some reason, tell you that I haven't been about to get the sour smell of garbage out of my nose all day.
I could shout about how I forgot to charge my ipod and I need it to exercise.

But you know what?  No one wants to know about those things.

You know when your week starts out bad and then it's like every little thing makes is worse?
I'm having one of those weeks.
Let's just hope this weekend makes it better :)

P.S. Anyone who reads this: Sorry for the constant complaining.  I really try not to, but after exhausting my Mom with my complaints yesterday I don't really want to do it again.  As for the dogs? One is deaf and the other one gives bad advice.

Oh and I just missed the boy on Facebook.  Grr.

A Little Bit Scared

Yay! My costume is complete!  Little Red has found her hood.
My costume is a little bit sexy, which is weird for me...I mean the last two years I've gone as Holly Golightly, so this is quite different.
I said to my mom today, "I've never gone as a slut for Halloween before."
This is something the girls in high school used to wear...okay, my costume is better than that because they used to wear, like "Mean Girls" said, lingerie and some form of animal ears.
At least my costume does cover me up and I'll be wearing tights...so I feel a bit better about it.
A sneak peek at my costume.
My plans are somewhat finalized...okay not really.
But I do know that I am going to the city to see the boy :)
Sigh, I'm sleepy today.
I got up at 5am, worked, then grocery shopped with my momma for four hours!
I started reading "The Dead Tossed Waves" by Carrie Ryan.  I really love her writing :)
I'm on chapter 6 and can't wait to keep reading it.
Unfortunately I was so tired and fell asleep while reading.
Seeing "Paranormal Activity 2" at night?  Not the brightest idea.  Especially if you have an active imagination.
I'm worried I won't sleep tonight, hence the 11pm blogging and watching of "Full House"...oh and I stole my dog from my Mom so I wouldn't be alone.
Not that I'm scared or anything...

Guess what I bought today?
Always wear your seat belt!

I haven't really been up to much just
buying pumpkins, going through a corn maze, smiling when the colorful leaves dance across the road, getting picked on by the boys at work (always with love, of course)...you know, the usual.

So, do you lovelies have planned for this weekend?
My treasure hunting skills are lacking, but I'm hoping to find some great stuff at a flea market tomorrow and then enjoy a coffee with my Mom before we clean the house!
Well, he has an interview...here's hoping he gets it!

Blogging is definitely a good distraction after watching a scary movie, in case you're ever wondering.

Hope your weekend is the bomb!
