Monday Blues

Once again this week is not starting off well.
Just work drama.  I really need to find a better paying job.

How was your Halloween?
For the first time during my adult hood I've had a great Halloween.
Remember those cookies I made?
The boy ate all of them.
I was happy, because that means I actually bake edible food.

The day I went to the city to see the boy my nerves were all crazy.
How come as soon as you see him everything changes?
A smile is instantly on your face, all those nerves disappear replaced with a nice fluttering of butterflies.
I wonder if that's what 'love' is.

Anyways I had a fantastic weekend with the boy, eating burgers, watching "Hocus Pocus" (that's right, I somehow got him to watch it), napping, a little bit of shopping, laughing (a lot), Halloween-ing and then departing :( always the hardest part.
I got complimented on my costume by one of the girls at the party.
When a girl compliments another girl on her outfit, it means so much more.  Girls usually know what they're talking about.
Little Red Riding Hood

There were so many laughs this weekend, it was great.

Now I'm home a bit a miserable, I keep reminding myself only 13 days until I see him again.
I worked this morning (it was horrible) and Christmas is everywhere.  I like Christmas, but it's November; I was told that the music starts in 11 days.  Two months of Christmas music.  I did that last year.  It's hard to handle.

Have a terrific week!
